The location was absolutely perfect. A really safe neighbourhood which was very close to 2 metro stations, buses going to central Paris and a tram system too. And a shopping centre, fast food, restaurants and a Lidl within a 5-10 minute walk. Our room was phenomenal, we had a view of the Eiffel Tower and it was our first time there so it added to the experience. Everything was clean and tidy, the shower was so lovely and warm and we had no issues with the cleaners. The staff at the front desk were nice too and spoke English which was really good for us and the vending machines were reasonably priced and very cold which was great. The windows were soundproof and the rooms were warm, we stayed in November. It is absolutely worth the price, if not more, and we will be staying here again when we next return to Paris.

This property is good value for money. No frills. If it’s just a place to lay your head then this is perfect hotel. Rooms are small, we stayed for 3 nights and it suited us fine. We had the two single beds and bunk bed room and was fine for me, partner and 10 year old daughter. We didn’t have the breakfast option, so can’t comment on the food. Metro station approx 5 min walk, you pass a couple Of nice patisseries on route, where we grabbed our breakfast etc Quiet room - made beds and clean towels everyday Happy with the atay

The hotel was in an ideal location, with the metro about a 5 minute walk and restaurants and shops just a little further. For the price we paid we felt we had a wonderful value for money for how close to the centre of Paris we were, yes we had to take public transport to do our tourist activities but it’s so quick and efficient it really didn’t feel like an issue. The bed was very comfortable and the room, although small, did its purpose and we were more than happy with it as we weren’t in the hotel very often.

All went well started from the reception staff. I would like to thank Ms Charlotte, Mr Frederic and Ms Pretty for been very kind and helpfull. They help me a lot with directions to the places of attractions. by indicated which metro line to take where to go and which line to change to etc etc. and also thank you to the lady who clean the room every day.The location is good not so far from the city plenty of shops around easy access to metro. The metro is alway running . yes, I did enjoy very much.

Friendly staff. Security measures in place as you need a pin number to enter the building and for the lift outside of 8-5pm). Clean. Comfortable beds. Good location: near public transport links, cafes restaurants etc. Great value for money, especially as we had our own toilet and shower in the room. The shower is right in the room though and not in an ensuite. However, for the budget price this set up is ok. The view wasn't bad either as we had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room!
